William W. Bowser, partner in the Employment Law Department of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, has represented both private and public employers on a full range of labor and employment matters for more than 25 years. He defends employers in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and "whistleblower" lawsuits in state and federal courts. He has vast experience in representing employers in collective bargaining and administrative proceedings before the NLRB, EEOC, the Delaware Department of Labor, and other government agencies.
