| Darryl J. Lee (Full bio) is a shareholder with Kirton McConkie and has over thirty-two years of experience in complex commercial litigation, involving both government and commercial contracting,complex real estate, and labor and employment litigation. He has represented major defense and aerospace companies, industrial manufacturers, and financial institutions. Mr. Lee has successfully tried numberous state and federal bench and jury trials for both defendants and plaintiffs. Mr. Lee also represents mortgage bankers and brokers and serves as General Counsel for a large mortgage company headquartered in Salt Lake City. | Jon E. Waddoups (Full bio) is a member of the firm's Employment Law Practice Section and a member of the Business Litigation Practice Section. In his practice he regularly consults with clients regarding sensitive employment matters, including investigation of reports of sexual harassment, termination of employment, and reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities. Mr. Waddoups has broad experience in affirmative action compliance, including developing written affirmative action plans. Additionally, he is experienced in representing management in union organizing campaigns, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and handling labor arbitration.
