|Jeanine L. Poole (Full bio) is a partner with Sulloway & Hollis, P.L.L.C. and concentrates her practice on labor and employment law. A substantial portion of her practice involves advising clients in both the private and public sectors in all areas of employment law, from employment-related decisions and wage and hour issues to the preparation and implementation of effective employment practices and policies. Ms. Poole has successfully negotiated a number of school district collective bargaining agreements for groups including administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, and transportation, food service, and maintenance personnel, and regularly advises school districts with regard to employment issues. |

|William D. Pandolph (Full bio) is a partner with Sulloway & Hollis P.L.L.C. and has practiced with the firm since 1988. His practice includes litigation, with an emphasis on commercial, insurance, professional liability, and employment matters, including the defense of ERISA and non-ERISA benefits, wrongful termination, Title VII, ADEA, and ADA claims. He has successfully defended cases in state and federal courts in New Hampshire and appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
