Jeanne Matthews Bender (Full bio), of counsel to the firm, represents commercial and non-profit employers in a variety of employment matters including wage and hour claims, disability and discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, unemployment, and insurance coverage matters.

In addition to extensive litigation experience, Ms. Bender assists clients in developing personnel policies, drafting handbooks, and in resolving personnel problems. Jason S. Ritchie (Full bio) is a partner with Holland & Hart LLP and practices in the firm's Billings office. Jason has also represented various commercial clients in contract disputes, real estate litigation, and environmental litigation.
