William W. Bowser (Full bio), partner in the Employment Law Department of the firm, has represented both private and public employers on a full range of labor and employment matters for over 20 years. He defends employers in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and "whistleblower" lawsuits in state and federal courts. He has vast experience in representing employers in collective bargaining and administrative proceedings before the NLRB, EEOC, the Delaware Department of Labor, and other government agencies. Scott Holt (Full bio) represents management in all phases of labor and employment law, including collective bargaining, employment counseling and litigation, class actions, and executive compensation.
