Thomas M. Daniel (Full bio), partner in the firm, advises and represents employers in all areas of litigation, labor, and employment law, with emphasis on employment discrimination, wrongful discharge law, and litigation. Daniel is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals, Sixth and Ninth Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts of Alaska, among others. Daniel has been recognized by Washington Journal of Law & Politics as one of the top ten lawyers in Alaska. He is also listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business and The Best Lawyers in America. He is a member of the Litigation and Labor and Employment Sections in the American Bar Association and serves as Co-chair for the Employment Law Section of the Alaska Bar Association. Danielle Ryman (Full bio) is of counsel in the firm's Labor & Employment group, she focuses her practice on employment and tort law matters. She regularly defends employers against of range of claims, including wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, and wage and hour disputes. Danielle provides general advice and counsel on employment law-related issues, such as exposure evaluation for terminations, Title VII, Fair Pay Act, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, AWHA, FLSA, and Complaint Reprisal Investigations.
