Teresa L. Shulda

About Teresa's Practice

Teresa Shulda, a partner with Foulston Siefkin, is vice chair of the firm’s Wichita employment and labor practice group. She has been litigating employment disputes and advising on workplace law matters for 20 years. Much of Teresa’s practice includes advising clients on compliance-related issues and litigation-avoidance tactics. Often asked to share her insights with human resources professionals and legal colleagues at seminars and meetings across the region, Teresa is always one of the most popular speakers at Foulston’s annual Employment Law Seminars for her lively and fast-paced presentations. She serves as the co-editor of Midwest Employment Law Letter and frequently publishes articles and client alerts on timely employment topics. Teresa is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law who earned a graduate degree from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and an undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas.
