About Sarah's Practice

Sarah Breslin focuses her practice on labor and employment where she works with clients on a variety of employment-related matters, including defending employers in litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, as well as counseling clients on best practices.

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Sarah was an associate litigation attorney with DeLaney & DeLaney LLC in Indianapolis where she represented individual and corporate clients in civil litigation matters, particularly involving employment discrimination. During law school, Sarah served as a law clerk in criminal appeals with the Indiana Attorney General's office in Indianapolis, legal assistant in the Indiana University School of Education in Bloomington and legal department intern with Cummins, Inc. in Indianapolis.
