About Rozlyn's Practice

Rozlyn Fulgoni-Britton is an employment litigator and counselor. She represents employers in federal and state court as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and other agencies. Roz defends discrimination and retaliation claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Family Medical Leave Act. She also defends wrongful discharge claims and Sarbanes-Oxley Act whistleblower cases. In addition, Roz handles day-to-day counseling on employment issues and conducts client training.

Roz also has developed experience in education-related law, including state and federal special education law as well as employment law issues unique to school settings. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Larry J. McKinney in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
