About Kimberly's Practice

Kimberly A. Klimczuk is a partner with Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C., and practices in the firm’s Springfield, Massachusetts, office. She joined the firm in 2004 and became a member in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a paralegal in a labor and employment law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; she was a law clerk there in the summer of 2002. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and received her Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law in 2004. Her practice is concentrated in labor law and employment litigation. She has experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements and advising on contract interpretation. She has successfully defended clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in a variety of areas of employment law, including wage/hour law, discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and workers’ compensation claims. She has also assisted employers in compliance matters involving the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and has drafted numerous affirmative action plans for them.

Kimberly is a frequent speaker for a wide variety of associations and organizations. She is a contributing author to the Massachusetts Employment Law Letter and has authored numerous articles on employment-related legal topics. She also serves on the Board of Directors at the Gandara Center, a social service agency headquartered in West Springfield, Massachusetts, and regularly volunteers for community activities.
