Bernard J. DiMuro (Full bio) is the managing partner of DiMuroGinsberg and President of the Civil Workplace, Inc. Since 2001, Mr. DiMuro has been recognized by Virginia Business magazine five times as one of Virginia's "Legal Elite" in the civil and litigation practice area. Mr. DiMuro is a recipient of a 1995 Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice and was named a finalist for the 2006 Trial Lawyer of the Year Award.
Jonathan R. Mook (Full bio) is a founding partner in the firm of DiMuroGinsberg. Mr. Mook is a nationally recognized authority on the Americans with Disabilities Act and is the author of two treatises published by Matthew Bender Company, Americans with Disabilities Act: Employee Rights and Employer Obligations and Americans with Disabilities Act: Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities. He lectures nationally on the Americans with Disabilities Act and other employment law topics.
