Michael A. Kalish (Full bio) is a member of the firm in the New York office and practices labor and employment law and litigation. Traycee Ellen Klein (Full bio) is a member of the firm in the labor and employment practice group in the New York office.

Michael F. McGahan (Full bio) is a member of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. in the Labor & Employment practice in the New York office, where he is a member of the firm's traditional labor team. He has over twenty-five years of experience representing employers in a wide range of industries including health care, insurance, hospitality and theater.

Peter M. Panken (Full bio) is a member of the firm in the labor and employment practice group in the firm's New York office. Lauri F. Rasnick (Full bio) is a member of the Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. in the Labor and Employment practice in the New York office. She has significant experience representing employers in labor and employment matters. She regularly advises clients in many aspects of the employment relationship, including avoidance of litigation, employee terminations, disability and religious accommodation issues, wage and hour compliance, internal investigations, labor relations, and compliance with federal, state and local statutes. Ms. Rasnick frequently advises clients on the enforcement and drafting of restrictive covenants and employment agreements, and defends claims for bonuses and other compensation and litigates claims involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets.

Ms. Rasnick has also represented employers in a full spectrum of employment law matters in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. She has also engaged in the mediation and arbitration of employment claims, both in the traditional labor and employment contexts.

A. Jonathan Trafimow (Full bio) is a member of the firm in the Labor and Employment Practice Goup in the New York office.

Mr. Trafimow's experience includes: representing employers in all areas of workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment and civil rights claims, and class actions; providing advice and counsel to employers on discrimination and retaliation policies and prevention, collective bargaining, wage and hour matters and other issues; drafting employee handbooks, severance packages, employment agreements and other documents.
