Michael T. Gebhart (Full bio) joined Holland & Hart's Las Vegas office in 2006. His practice concentrates in labor and employment, construction, and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Gebhart has successfully defended employers in federal and state employment and labor actions, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and other alternative dispute forums. Mr. Gebhart's experience includes Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA class-action cases. Mr. Gebhart has experience in drafting and enforcing employment contracts, employment handbooks and policies, covenants not to compete, and confidentiality agreements.

Mr. Gebhart is a former human resource executive (SPHR) and police officer. He has practical experience in conducting investigations and developing internal dispute resolution systems. Mr. Gebhart is a certified facilitator and has conducted presentations on such topics such as discipline and termination, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, and workplace violence.

Anthony L. Hall (Full bio) practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment law. He provides litigation defense and extensive preventative counseling to clients in all areas of labor and employment law.

Mr. Hall has significant experience litigating and guiding clients through the complex interaction between the American With Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and workers' compensation. He also has significant litigation experience handling all forms of discrimination and harassment cases under Title VII and state anti-discrimination laws, as well as wage and hour issues. He regularly handles disputes involving trade secrets, wrongful termination, defamation, workplace violence, and non-competition agreements. Additionally, he provides advice and litigation defense to local governments and school districts in connection with employment disputes.
