Robert P. Tinnin, Jr. (Full bio), is a partner in Tinnin Law Firm, A Professional Corporation. He has expertise in National Labor Relations Board representation election and unfair labor practice proceedings, state and federal employment discrimination charges, state and federal court litigation proceedings, including equal employment opportunity and contract and tort litigation arising from the employee-employer relationship, wage and hour matters, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitration.

Mr. Tinnin attended Brown University and received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Mexico. He received his law degree from Indiana University, with distinction, where he served as Note Editor for the Indiana Law Review. Prior to entering private practice, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Oliver Seth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He regularly conducts training programs for employers on workplace issues and participates in continuing legal education programs and seminars on subjects related to his areas of expertise. He is a contributing editor for The Developing Labor Law and serves as a member of the Planning Committee for the Annual Multi-State Labor Law Seminar sponsored by Tulane University School of Law.

Mr. Tinnin has been active in professional activities, having served as President of the State Bar of New Mexico and the New Mexico Bar Foundation. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and the American Bar Association. He serves on various committees of the Labor and Employment and Litigation Sections of the ABA. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and has been selected for inclusion in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the Labor and Employment Law category.

Glenn A. Beard (Full bio) is an associate with Tinnin Law Firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has extensive experience representing and counseling employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His litigation practice has included the defense of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and ERISA Section 510, wage and hour litigation including collective actions under FLSA, unfair labor practice, and representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, labor arbitrations, proceedings for injunctive relief to enforce and challenge restrictive covenants, appeals to federal and state appellate courts, and the litigation of employment-related state law claims such as defamation, tortious interference, and whistleblower claims.

Glenn has experience in multiple jurisdictions, including New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Before joining Tinnin Law Firm, Glenn practiced in the labor and employment section of a major Philadelphia law firm for 8 years and with a major Albuquerque law firm for 2 years.

A partner in Tinnin Law Firm, Stanley K. Kotovsky (Full bio) has extensive experience in state and federal court in employment litigation. His practice in this area includes: defense of federal discrimination claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Sections 1981 and 1983, state claims under the New Mexico Human Rights Act, breach of contract, and retaliatory discharge.

Mr. Kotovsky received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1972 from New Mexico State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico in 1975. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Kotovsky has lectured at seminars on both employment and insurance related issues. He has participated in over one hundred jury trials and has represented clients in over fifty cases before federal and state appellate courts. He has represented clients in courts throughout the southwest including Arizona, Texas, and Colorado.

Mr. Kotovsky was an Assistant United States Attorney for eleven years in which he represented the United States in both criminal and civil matters. Since leaving the United States Attorney's Office, he has represented primarily corporate and public entities.
