Douglas L. Stanley (Full bio), managing partner at Foulston Siefkin LLP, represents employers in labor matters and has been chief negotiator of numerous collective bargaining agreements. Mr. Stanley has extensive experience in responding to unfair labor practice charges, wage and hour disputes, and employment discrimination charges before state and federal administrative agencies. Boyd A. Byers (Full bio), a partner in the law firm Foulston Siefkin LLP, represents employers in all aspects of employment relations. He provides preventive consultation and is experienced in helping employers implement personnel policies and comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. Carolyn L. Matthews (Full bio), a partner in the firm Foulston Siefkin LLP, concentrates her practice on defending employers in employment discrimination cases, including cases alleging race, gender, age, or disability discrimination; sexual harassment and hostile work environment; retaliation; and state law claims. Her practice involves responding to administrative charges of discrimination and defending employers against both individual and putative class action discrimination lawsuits filed in state and federal court. Ms. Matthews advises companies on employment-related issues such as employee handbooks, personnel policies, and wage and hour laws. She is also involved in appeals before the Kansas Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
