Troy P. Foster (Full bio) is a partner with Ford & Harrison LLP and practices in the firm's Phoenix office. He focuses his practice on advising and defending employers in Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and similar claims. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison LLP, Troy was a law clerk to the Honorable Barry Silverman of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, served on the staff of Congressman Bob Stump in Washington, D.C., and worked as an HR manager for a national retailer. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and is AV-rated by his peers. Troy received his law degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University School of Law and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Northern Arizona University.

Stephanie M. Cerasano (Full bio) is a partner with Ford & Harrison's Labor and Employment Group. She has handled numerous matters in defense of employers, focusing in the areas of disability discrimination, sexual harassment, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. She has represented employers in federal and state court, as well as before administrative agencies. She also works with employers beyond the litigation context, to assist with employee handbooks, written employment contracts, and training for managers.
