Thomas M. Daniel (Full bio), partner in the firm, advises and represents employers in all areas of litigation, labor, and employment law, with emphasis on employment discrimination, wrongful discharge law, and litigation. Daniel is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals, Sixth and Ninth Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts of Alaska, among others.
Daniel has been recognized by Washington Journal of Law & Politics as one of the top ten lawyers in Alaska. He is also listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business and The Best Lawyers in America. He is a member of the Litigation and Labor and Employment Sections in the American Bar Association and serves as Co-chair for the Employment Law Section of the Alaska Bar Association.
