Marylou V. Fabbo (Full Bio), a partner with Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C., joined the firm in 1995 and became a member in 2001. Her practice is concentrated in employment law with an emphasis on employment litigation. She has successfully defended employers in civil actions involving every area of employment law including sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA, breach of contract, and wrongful discharge. Erica E. Flores (Full Bio) joined the firm in 2013. Erica has successfully defended employers in single-plaintiff and class action discrimination, harassment and retaliation litigation, wage and hour litigation, and breach of contract/non-competition litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has also defended employers, employee benefit plans and benefit plan fiduciaries against a variety of ERISA breach of fiduciary duty, prohibited transaction and benefits claims. In addition to her litigation practice, Erica regularly advises clients with respect to day-to-day employment issues, including decisions regarding adverse employment actions and litigation avoidance.
