Jason Mau

About Jason's Practice

Jason Mau, an associate with Parsons Behle & Latimer, concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial, real estate, employment, and construction litigation. He represents a variety of clients, including national banks and corporations, as well as local professionals, business owners, and individuals. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts of Idaho.

Mr. Mau had an opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of areas while practicing with a Boise civil litigation firm in its commercial and litigation practice after two years working with the Idaho Supreme Court. While working for the Idaho Supreme Court, he had the rare and unique opportunity to serve as an appellate clerk for two separate Chief Justices. He graduated from the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University, where he served on the Editorial Board for the Penn State Law Review, and carried a significant caseload for the Penn State Elder Law and Consumer Protection Clinic. Prior to law school, Mr. Mau spent ten years in various capacities for southwest Colorado’s leading title insurance company.

Mr. Mau has also had the great opportunity to work with the Salvation Army throughout his professional career, and is currently a member on the Boise Corps’ Advisory Board overseeing various counseling and assistance services and ministries. Mr. Mau enjoys spending his free time biking and trail running, as well as taking time with his family to enjoy the numerous outdoor activities available to them here in Idaho.
